To protect your wishes and ensure clarity for your loved ones, the following documents are required:
- Member’s ID or passport
- Informant’s ID or passport
- ID or passport of the person who will receive the ashes
- Marriage certificate (if applicable)
You may also upload optional documents such as a living will, religious instructions, or special requests.
All documents are stored securely in accordance with POPIA and GDPR.
